New Medical Offices Reinvents Community

With zero lot lines, the congested communities south of Santana Row in San Jose are often outdated and unable to keep up with the growing neighborhood healthcare needs. The new design of the Winchester Commercial Plaza retail center addresses these concerns. While providing much-needed medical office space, the new design had an engaging and attractive street presence. The plaza building maximizes square footage, combining modern architecture with traditional finishes, including stone cladding that brings warmth to the building’s appearance. By obscuring the parking from the street and providing Welcome porticos, access stairs, and ramps, the new design offers a better patient/customer experience.
