A custom prefab gym

Located behind the end zone of the campus football field, with spectacular 360-degree views, is Valley Christian’s new Human Performance Center. Orienting the 4000 square-foot prefab building to avoid solar gain and modernizing with eight glass roll-up doors allowed for less lighting and HVAC use in the space. The prefabricated building was highly cost-effective, and non-structural components were customized with block wall and specialty metal on the exterior skin.
