A “You-nique” design
Realty One Group, a “You-nique” full-service residential real estate brokerage and one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the nation, needed a new Bay Area hub that matched their vibrant brand. The TOPA Architecture team designed a welcoming, fun, modern space with an open, collaborative feel. The new shell build-out included solutions for open workspaces and touchdown stations while still providing private offices and client meeting rooms.
